Bishop Kelsey Lewis is the founder of Pacific Revival Center, formerly known as Superior Living Christian Center.  Born and raised in Kansas City, MO, he served eight years in the Navy before joining a private company involved in government contracting.  While employed, he was sent to Hawaii in 1980 to start up a contract that had just been won.  He has lived in the islands ever since.

After prayerfully seeking God and faithfully serving at his local church in various capacities, Bishop Lewis answered the call to pastor, and in 1994 began Superior Living Christian Center in Hawaii Kai.  The church was eventually moved to downtown Honolulu where the ultimate vision, “evangelism through television and revival through conferences,” was born.  After expanding to larger facilities, the church was re-named Pacific Revival Center.

Bishop Lewis’ desire to own his own company was fulfilled in 1993 shortly after he married his wife, Pastor Druscilla Lewis.  Dellew Corporation provides support-type services to the U.S. Department of Defense and federal government.  Dellew Corporation’s contract sites extend throughout Hawaii, the continental U.S., and Asia, and employs over 100 people.

Although based in Hawaii, with today’s electronic media, he and Pastor Druscilla have been able to successfully manage their operations within various time zones with no limitations.  Numerous professional awards as a leading defense solutions provider attest to this fact including recognition as Hawaii Businessman of the Year in 2000, 2001 and 2003.  His company has also won the “Top 25 Hawaii Woman Owned Business Award” for the last 5 years.

Bishop Lewis has successfully balanced and maximized his gifting as a profound teacher of the Word as well as an astute businessman.  He is frequently sought after to provide counsel on maximizing one’s finances while fulfilling the call in ministry.  He and Pastor Druscilla believe in and strive to exhibit a spirit of excellence in all areas of their lives and are committed to helping others spread the gospel and attain all that God has for them.

Bishop Lewis believes in teaching a positive message to cause the body of Christ to grow strong and mature.  Each week their congregation is led in the following Confession statement prophesying life over every circumstance and situation:

It’s my time for salvation
It’s my time for healing
It’s my time for blessing
It’s my time for change
No weapon can stop me
No weapon can prosper
I’m superior to the forces of darkness
It’s my appointed time
It’s my set time
It’s manifestation time.

Bishop Lewis and Pastor Druscilla are the parents of two children, Kelsey II and Ariane.
