Our Mission
Pacific Revival Center is a Full Gospel, Word based church established in 1994 with the purpose of Reviving Souls and Restoring Lives. Our purpose is to Reach, Teach, and Mobilize believers to share the gospel wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself. Through worship, prayer and spirit-filled teachings, we strive to empower believers to renew their minds and see themselves as God sees them. We’re a church that cares about individuals and families receiving the best and accomplishing the most. We are a family.
As part of this mission, Pacific Revival Center is an affiliate church of Victory Churches International, a church planting movement with over 2400 churches in 41 nations. We purpose to train, equip and send out believers to share the gospel wherever the opportunity presents itself.

Bishop Kelsey, Senior Pastor and Pastor Druscilla Lewis, Associate Pastor bring a unique approach to Biblical teachings on purpose, change and empowerment for successful living and a righteous life in Christ.
As business owners, Bishop Kelsey and Pastor Druscilla Lewis encourage the congregation both spiritually and professionally. Many who desire to launch their own businesses, retire on the islands, or receive a promotion have found answers at Pacific Revival Center. Here, God-given dreams and visions are manifested in a powerful way. Visitors and members are given tools to take steps of faith to fulfill the desires of their heart.
While we are purpose-driven, we are family.

The movement began in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada, on Mother’s Day, May 13, 1979. Twenty five people, including babies and children, showed up for the first service of the first church in the Victory Movement.
Today, Victory Churches International is a fast growing movement that quickly spread to over 40 nations of the world with over 2000 churches, Christian schools, Bible colleges, orphanages, humanitarian programs, and a whole host of other creative outreach ministries.

Jesus isn’t coming back for a weak, defeated, depressed, bankrupt Church. No! He’s coming back for a glorious, victorious, militant, miraculous, triumphant Church, and Victory Churches International will be a vital part of it!
Jesus said to his disciples: “But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth” (Acts 1:8).
